The most involved, and most labor-intensive option is the vinyl cad cut print. Vinyl CAD cut heat press is a special process. A sheet of special vinyl from which your desired text is cut and then pressed onto your safety vest. It yields the cleanest results in that it does not reveal the mesh holes in the vest. With this option you pay no set up fees and there is no minimum order. Custom screen printing is recommended if you are ordering a large number of safety vests. It is the least expensive option for your money, but is not recommended on economy safety vests due to the large mesh holes. Lastly, we also offer custom embroidery.
